These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jlbrt ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the jlbrt website located at jlbrt.net and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, "the Service").
By accessing the jlbrt platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using jlbrt is lawful in your jurisdiction. jlbrt makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

To use the jlbrt platform, you must complete the registration process and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) jlbrt account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player is strictly prohibited. If jlbrt determines that a player holds more than one account, jlbrt reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlbrt login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify jlbrt immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
jlbrt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your jlbrt account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified jlbrt of unauthorized access in accordance with this clause.
jlbrt may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to before processing withdrawals, after a certain volume of transactions, or when required by applicable law. You agree to provide all documentation requested by jlbrt for KYC purposes, which may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
jlbrt accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the payment methods listed on the platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other methods as updated from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jlbrt does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits are credited to your jlbrt account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jlbrt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are processed by jlbrt within the timeframes published on the platform. jlbrt reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
jlbrt reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
All transactions on jlbrt are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlbrt does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by jlbrt.
💡 Note: jlbrt processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically within 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
jlbrt may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. You must complete the applicable wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms.
jlbrt reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if jlbrt determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to exploit bonus offers, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
jlbrt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. jlbrt will not be liable to any player for any loss resulting from the modification or withdrawal of a promotion.
All bets placed on jlbrt are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. Bets are final and binding once confirmed by the jlbrt system .
Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within each game or betting market on the jlbrt platform. jlbrt reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice. Stake limits may vary by game type, player account status, and promotional period.
jlbrt reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:
In the event a bet is voided, the stake amount will be returned to the player's jlbrt account balance.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, jlbrt reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes to players. jlbrt's decision in such matters is final. No winnings will be paid on bets affected by a confirmed technical error.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jlbrt, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent jlbrt from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
